Willkommen!

M.Ed. Carsten Hinz studierte an der Universität Potsdam die Fächer Wirtschaft- Arbeit- Technik und Politische Bildung für das Lehramt an Grund- und Oberschulen.

Zurzeit arbeitet und promoviert er an der Lehreinheit Wirtschaft- Arbeit- Technik der Universität Potsdam als akademischer Mitarbeiter in der Lehrerausbildung. Die Lehrtätigkeit liegt im Schwerpunkt der Sozio-Ökonomie (Ernährungs- und Verbraucherbildung) sowie der Volkswirtschaftslehre und der Betriebswirtschaftslehre.

Seine Forschungsgebiete:

  •  BNE (Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung),
  • Konsum- und Verbraucherbildung,

als Schlüsselkompetenzen für Studierende des Lehramtes.

„The awareness of sustainable consumption, consumer and nutrition knowledge should be increased in German schools.“ (Hinz, 2016).

Carsten Hinz (Master of Education) studied at the University of Potsdam to become a teacher for the subjects Economy-Work- Technology (Wirtschaft-Arbeit-Technik) and Political Education in elementary and secondary schools.

Currently he is working and doing his doctorate at the department Economy-Work-Technology (Wirtschaft-Arbeit-Technik) at the University of Potsdam as an academic employee. His work focusses on teacher training in the field of socio-economics, political economy and business studies.

His fields of research are:

  • Education for sustainable development
  • Consumer and nutrition knowledge
